SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with a signature on delivery. Standard orders are delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Express orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.
International Shipping is available for a flat rate of $40.00 AUD for standard postage.
Express postage $55.00 AUD – both rates will include tracking information and a signature on delivery.
DUTIES
International orders do not include import duties. The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. It is not at the expense of Tender Scars to pay for these fees.
CARE
Please wear your jewellery with care, each piece is crafted at the highest standard, to ensure your pieces should last for many years to come. However, if not cared for properly, by not following a general care practice of removing jewellery before swimming and showering. Removing jewellery when applying lotions/oils, perfume and cosmetics, doing dishes or submerging in water, this breaches the care policy deeming Tender Scars not liable for any damage caused by poor care practices.

RETURNS
If you would like to return an item for whatever reason, this can be done free of charge (excluding the return postage fees) The order must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. The returned pieces must be in original unworn condition, sent in the original packaging box, with a tracking number which is to be forwarded to info@tenderscars.com.au as soon as possible. This email should include the order number and receipt to process as an exchange or refund.
- Bespoke orders are all final sale, thereby cannot be returned or exchanged.
By paying a deposit, and confirming a bespoke design invoice, you are agreeing to this policy.
QUOTES AND BESPOKE ENQUIRES
All quotes are quoted in Australian Dollars.
Quotes and enquires are valid for 21 days from dated invoice. A quote is still subject to change within this period – specifically for gold pieces, as the fluctuating price of gold is changing each day.

PEARL CARE
Tender Scars does not take any responsibility for the misuse of pearl jewellery that may result in damage or discolouration to pearls from the wearer.
Pearls should not be worn under water, submerged in water, sprayed with hand lotion/perfume or exposed to any cosmetic products. Pearls are delicate and should be handled carefully. Cleaning can be done with a soft cloth and warm water.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final.
